My experience at Bayshore Truck Center was the most positive, professional engagement I have had when dealing with my RV. I purchased a brand new 2023 Holiday Rambler Endeavor motorhome from a dealer in Florida. On our drive home to Maryland we noticed the rig was leaning to the right and the air compressor was constantly cycling. We measured the motorhome from the ground to the fender and noticed a 3" difference between the driver side and passenger side.
Using the FCCC 24/7 app I called Gaffney for assistance. They referred me to two different locations and I had a horrible experience. I then decided to try Bayshore as they were also identified as an Oasis dealer. First I wrote a service request online and John Colagiovanni responded to me within an hour. I called the location and spoke to Nicole Hill and she was so pleasant, professional and had a can-do attitude. What a breath of fresh air! The other freightliner dealers had 30 day waits, Nicole got me in in 2 days. Bayshore Truck accommodated my schedule and let me stay the night before with a 50 Amp hook up so I could be on time for my appointment.
Amy Kruzienski and Matt Brzezicki were very professional and provided regular communication on the status of the diagnosis and repair. John Colagiovanni explained in detail what the problem was. I couldnt be happier! I had the brand new $300K motorhome for less than a week, had the airbag issue and Bayshore truck had me on the road by noon the day of my appointment.
